Our process is rooted in collaboration. We believe that the best results are achieved when we work hand-in-hand with our clients. Every step of the way, from initial concepts and design sketches to the final walk-through, we keep the lines of communication wide open. Your ideas, feedback, and concerns are not just welcomed – they're essential. This collaborative spirit ensures that the end result is not just a remodeling project, but a true reflection of your personality and lifestyle.
Discovery + Consultation
The first step in our process is a discovery call to discuss your home project. At a high level, we'll review timelines, budgets, scope of work, and provide you with a rough estimate. If our team is a good fit for your project, we'll move forward with Planning + Design.
Planning +
Design
This phase includes our in-home consultation where we'll discuss your home project in more detail. After this consultation our team will provide you with an itemized bid and we will meet once more to finalize our Contractual Agreement.
If design assistance is needed for your project you'll work closely with our designer during this phase to develop a concept that aligns with your vision and goals.
Construction + Communication
Here is where the fun begins! During this process you can expect your home to receive the respect and care it deserves from our team as well as our trusted trade partners. From project start to finish you can also expect daily communication about the status of your project. If you have any questions along the way, please don't hesitate to speak up.
The Finishing
Touches
We will finish your project with a final walk-through to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Made New Home Services stands by the quality of our craftsmanship and provides all of our clients a one year warranty on our work.

Our Story
Hi there, glad you're here. I'm Matt, the Owner of Made New Home Services, LLC.

My construction journey actually began as a teenager when I often worked with my dad and grandfather in their home services businesses. I knew early on that I loved making old things feel new.

My official career in construction began in 2016. Each move in my career taught me something new and created a great opportunity for me to learn lessons that have led me to where I am today.

We opened Made New Home Services in 2021 with a passion for homes and a vision for changing the perception of home contractors. It has always been my promise to be professional and transparent during the entire remodeling process from the moment you contact us until your project is complete. ​​
